How does delivery work?

After you purchase product/s on the website, we notify our Company delivery person that it is ready for collection and we will send you an email with your delivery details.

How much will it cost?

Precision Fitness offers FREE delivery on orders of the following Brands ( Matrix , Vision and Horizon products only )

Does Precision Fitness ship internationally?

Yes we do, however, separate delivery quotes are applicable to International deliveries. Our sales team will assist you with getting delivery costs. Please e-mail our sales team charmaine@precisionfitness.co.za or phone us on +27 11 4658525.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Shipping Costs

The customer is reponsible for the shipping fees to return the item to our warehouse in Riversands.


  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note that no refund will be given on sale items


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
