How does delivery work?

Shipping delivery & warranty ..After you purchase product/s on the website, we notify our Company delivery person that it is ready for collection and we will send you an email with your delivery details.

How much will it cost?

Precision Fitness can offer FREE delivery on orders of certain brands. Please check with our sales staff if the brand you have purchased qualifies for free delivery / installation. Sometimes a delivery destination qualifies as an “outlying area” and may be subjected to a delivery charge. We will certainly address this request when we have a clear destination address whereby we can generate a quote accordingly.

Does Precision Fitness ship internationally?

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the item to our warehouse. 

Returns

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note that no refund will be given on sale items

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Warranty

  • There is a clear difference between home/ domestic use warranties and commercial use warranties. Warranties for domestic cardio equipment differ from warranties on commercial cardio equipment as these are generally focused on the amount of time they are used for in a day and the carrying capacity of the users. If for example, and customer purchases a ” home ” product that is used in a “light commercial facility” then we will not honour that claim. Warranty for domestic use will only cover any warranties when equipment is used with-in a domestic environment for personal use. As for home / or domestic use , this does not cover the normal wear and tear associated with commercial use. Commercial warranties are provide when your equipment is purchased. We stock parts at a reasonable prices so they can be replaced if you would like to use home use products in a light commercial environment. Commercial warranties will cover any warranty claim as per the agreed terms with-in an environment for which the equipment was designed.
