Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not understand any part of them, it is your responsibility to contact Precision Fitness & Leisure CC for clarification before accepting these Terms or continuing to use the website.

While Precision Fitness & Leisure CC takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of content on this website, use of the site is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any loss incurred due to your use of, or reliance on, any information provided.
Before using any equipment or gear purchased through the website, please consult a medical professional. Improper use may result in injury. Precision Fitness & Leisure CC accepts no liability for injuries sustained, whether through correct or incorrect usage of any product available on this website.
If a product does not meet your expectations or is not to your liking, any replacement or credit will be subject to return shipping costs at your expense. The original shipping fee (already paid to courier services) will be deducted from your refund.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Precision Fitness & Leisure CC may update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. If you accept the changes, you may continue using the website or placing orders. If not, please refrain from further use and contact our office for clarification at 011 465 8525, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Terms of Sale
- All orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation.
- Orders are only finalized upon receipt of payment and our approval.
- Once an order is placed, all details (including delivery address) are final. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
- If incorrect delivery information requires redirection of the order, additional charges will apply.
Deliveries & Shipping
- Orders are dispatched only once full payment has cleared in our bank account. Proof of payment alone is not sufficient unless prearranged.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from clearance of payment depending on your province and area. You will be updated on any delays or changes.
- If your order includes delivery and installation, we will confirm scheduling with you via email.
- For out-of-stock items or pre-orders, lead times will be confirmed via email. A deposit of 70% may be required, with the balance due before delivery.
- Orders containing back-ordered items will be shipped once all items are available. If you choose to receive items in multiple shipments, additional courier charges will apply per shipment.
- Prices are in South African Rands (ZAR), include 15% VAT, and exclude shipping fees.
- International / Cross-border Orders:
- Full payment is required in advance—no exceptions.
- Orders are processed only once funds reflect in our account.
- Transport fees exclude import customs, VAT, and duties, which are the responsibility of the consignee.
Returns Policy
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted—please choose products carefully.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.
- If returning for another reason (with our approval), returns must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery.
- You are responsible for return delivery costs. If we collect the item, a 10% handling fee and a collection fee will apply.
- Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
- Assembled items may incur an additional restocking/handling fee of up to 20%.
- If collection by our trucks is required, transport charges will also be deducted from the refund.
- Online orders must be shipped back at your expense.
- Original delivery, freight, assembly, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed after product inspection, within 7 business days of receipt.
